Single colour designs and simple random pattern designs are mostly produced using automated reel-fed manufacturing. This is the most cost effective and efficient production method for larger volumes. Multiple sheets are cut and crimped at the same time using die sets. It’s a fast process that can produce around 1million cases per day.
